Why We Walk Like Warriors
Each year, SCWB hosts a walk at Delaware Park to bring families, Warriors, and allies together in strength and solidarity.
In 2025, we walk with a new purpose:
“Walk Like Warriors” is inspired by a lyric from Common and the legendary film The Warriors—a message of endurance, unity, and healing.
This isn’t just a walk. It’s a declaration of power.
We walk for awareness. We walk for legacy.
We walk for the ones who can’t.
Photography & Video Release: Participant(s) and his/her/their parents or legal guardians hereby grant the host and designee the right to take and use photographs, videos and copyright, use, or publish the same in print or electronically. Participant(s) agree that the host may use such photographs and or videos for any lawful purpose including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
